Muv-Luv Total Eclipse

Hold on to your big boy panties guys as this summer the girls, in their nose-bleed inducing skin tight outfits, will be taking to the airwaves to battle it out in giant Mechs in Muv-Luv Total Eclipse.  I've always wanted to see a Muv-Luv anime series (after seeing so much of the fanservice associated with the series) and this summer it's looking like that will finally happen.  I think I've mentioned something about this anime series already because I heard about it coming out some time ago but now we've finally got a teaser trailer to check out.

The Total Eclipse series will be a spin off of the original Muv-Luv Visual Novel and Adult PC Game.  It will be a side story that will  focus on the the test pilots and mechanics in the United Nations Forces' Tactical Surface Fighter Testing Unit in Alaska. Japanese-American Yūya Bridges is the Argos Test Team's main pilot for "XFJ Project," the initiative that is developing the newest Tactical Surface Fighter. Yui Takamura is the head of development for the project from the Japanese Empire's side. [ANN]  It looks like Total Eclipse will start in July with an unknown number of episodes.
