Weekly Review

Happy Easter or really I hope you had a happy Easter time with you know whomever.  It's that time again where I complain about my week and what crap I've been doing during the last week.  We had work and with that a stupid schedule.  Followed by a some what fun weekend that included a lot of picture taking and hanging out of BMW lift gates.  Oh and a lot of editing and uploading videos from last weekend.  That all happened this week and I even won like $64 bucks on the lottery so that was cool too.

So instead of having the weekend off this week I had Tuesday and Wednesday off and will be working a straight 9 days until the next weekend off.  It sucks but whatever that's life.  This week we got a new employee and lots a good one who just so happened to...well it's a secret for now... I don't know from who but that's what I was told.  At least I didn't get threatened this week.  The rest of work was the same old grind though.

Moving on I worked all week on editing pictures and video from Autocross and on Saturday I met up with a bunch of Euro make gearheads for a Bureau of Euro meet up and we had lunch before heading out to do some pictures.  I took my first crack at rolling shots which turned out OK but not great in any case you can check out  the pictures from the shot here -- Flickr.  After I got home from that the roommate asked if I wanted to take some pictures of his car as he tossed on his Autocross rims and wheels so we headed out to a little spot that I found and took some pictures there.  And you can see those pictures here -- Flickr (last pictures of the set).  Sunday I just slept all day and did some more editing on those videos.

So what did I buy with my winnings from those lottery scratch tickets?  Well nothing to grand really picked up the second volume of High school of the Dead Manga, the latest issue of DSPORT and another Star Wars ice tray.  They had all of them and I ended up getting the stormtrooper helmet one.  I may have to go back and get some of the other ones later if they are still there.  The rest was spent on food.  So it wasn't that bad of a week really.  Boring for the most part for sure but it was nice to get out and do some more photography work.

Of course I still watched a lot of videos while I was uploading mine and found some real gems in there.
